Tower of Epithymia
My submission for the Fall-O-Ween Jam 2023, with the theme "the state of man".
"To harbour desires and struggle to realise them - that is the natural state of man. But I... did not think that was good enough. I lost hope for mankind."
Trapped in the Tower of Epithymia as retribution for the sin you have committed, you must overcome all 25 floors in order to escape the punishment from on high. A game about your "desire" to escape, and the "struggle" to do so.
CONTROLS:
- A/D - Move Left/Right
- SPACE - Select (Menu), Jump (Game)

Simple, but very fun. I enjoyed my time playing this.
Reminds me of the older games, such as Meat Boy. This is a good thing and I did like the character movements and the ghosts turning to watch you.
