This is my second game made in Godot, so it may have some issues.

In Cookie Clash your goal is simple: grab the cookie before the opposing cat. It's up to you however to decide the best approach. Do you simply wait for the cookie to appear and then grab it? Or do you follow the timer after it's faded out, possibly going too early and losing it all? Or perhaps you try to follow the sound of the wind and the movement of the grass? It's up to you - risk it for the biscuit.

Made for the Brackey's Game Jam 2025.2 with the theme "risk it for the biscuit". Also check out my other submission Dare to Disco!

I love the art , its really nice

Very cute, but feels a bit unbalanced. The reaction time of the other cat is VERY slow, except for rare situations. In most cases, I was able to easily win by just waiting to see it appear. Besides the balancing, cool game!

Thanks for playing! The opposing cat's reaction time speeds up as the rounds go on to slowly increase the challenge. Off the top of my head it starts at a 1 second reaction time and decreases by 0.1s for each following round (then stops decreasing at either 0.1 or 0.05s I don't remember)
